Bronchitis Vs Asthma - the Fatal Consquences of Smoking
An ounce of puffing pleasure can actually cost you your life. This is what is at stake for every cigarette you smoke. There are thousands of harmful chemicals that make up the cigarette many people smoke and patronize in this time and age. The fatal effects of smoking are already getting harder and harder to ignore.

Quote:The fatal effects of smoking does not just happen to humans, but also extends to animals and plants which are part of the environment of the smoking person. Oxygen is usually polluted and snatched from the atmosphere where tobacco smoke is prevalent, making it harder for plants and animals to thrive in a healthy manner, especially in urban areas where they are already forced to make do with a polluted environment brought by other factors such as smoke coming from cars and industrial processes. Isn't it amazing how much information can be transferred through a single page? So much stands to gain, and to lose about Bronchitis Heart Disease through a single page.

Smoking as habit can consume you to the point where you will no longer have concern about other people's welfare and how your smoking will affect other people and the environment you are living in. Chronic bronchitis is a very common respiratory disease that involves inflammation and infection of the bronchial tubes, mucosal membranes and tissues. The disease is manifested by an overproduction of mucus that results in temporary obstruction of the airways. In the first stages of chronic bronchitis, the disease only affects the major airways, generating milder and less persistent symptoms. However, in more advanced stages of chronic bronchitis all airways are affected, preventing the proper oxygenation of the lungs due to pronounced obstruction of the respiratory tract. As the disease progresses further, chronic bronchitis sufferers may develop serious complications at the level of the lungs. Complicated forms of chronic bronchitis often involve emphysema or pneumonia.

Smokers that Suffer from Chronic Bronchitis are Advised to Quit Smoking for Good
Although it may take a while until the respiratory tissues and organs are completely regenerated and cured from the effects of smoking, timely quitting this self-destructive habit can prevent the occurrence of further complications. Nevertheless, the absence of smoking speeds up the process of recovery from chronic bronchitis, minimizing the risks of relapse. If you find anything extra mentioning about Bronchitis Smokers, do inform us. It is only through the exchange of views and information will we learn more about Bronchitis Smokers.

In the incipient phase of chronic bronchitis, this symptom usually occurs in the morning and clears within a few hours. As the disease progresses, "the smoker's cough" is ongoing and it rarely ameliorates without the aid of medical treatment.

Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial tubes, the part of the respiratory system that leads into the lungs.
Basically there are two types of bronchitis, acute and chronic bronchitis.
Acute bronchitis is a short term illness that becomes more common during cold weather.
It is usually followed by viral infection and can be associated with bacterial infections.
Acute bronchitis usually clears itself within 2 weeks, but the cough may continue.
And in some cases of acute bronchitis it can develop into pneumonia. Proper medication is important in curing an illness, but it is also essential to use a reliable source of these medications, like your trusted physician. Antibiotics are medications that slow or stop the growth of bacteria. Prescriptions of antibiotics depends on what kind of infections causes your illness, like in the case of bronchitis there are specific antibiotics for this condition depending on the severity and status of the illness.

The increase and improper used of antibiotics may also lead to antibiotic resistance in which the bacteria may mutate in ways so they will be able to survive in spite of medications; that means the antibiotics may not work on the next time that it is used. And since most antibiotics are expensive, costs may not be worth the benefits. Bronchitis - Natural Remedies Explored - Bronchitis
Had a very bad bout of bronchitis years ago, which led to a chronic asthma condition. I lost 2 stone in weight over a 2 month period and I had little idea of how to deal with the debilitating illness...I was frequently struggling to be able to breathe. It's not something I would like to go through again, but it took me the best part of two years to get to grips with the condition.

Quote:Also try adding garlic, onions, ginger, chillies, cloves and liquorice (not the sweets, but do not take if you have high blood pressure) to your diet, as they all act as decongestants. The following herbs are also very useful: astragalus, coltsfoot, echinacea, elderberry, elecampane, ephedra, eucalyptus, fenugreek, gingko, goldenseal, lobelia, mullein oil and reishi.

However, we can make life much easier for ourselves. Our dreams of writing a lengthy article on Bronchitis has finally materialized Through this article on Bronchitis. however, only if you acknowledge its use, will we feel gratitude for writing it! As a child I often had winter colds that developed into bronchitis, with the inevitable regular visit to the doctor. Every time antibiotics were prescribed, why I do not know, but I believe this was what led to me developing asthma later in life. Colds are caused by viruses and are not killed by antibiotics, which kill bacteria, all bacteria even the necessary one's that help with digestion. In addition to weakening the digestive system the bodies immune system is also compromised as it has lost a vital ally in fighting yeast and fungi. These are always present in the body but the good gut bacteria keep them in check. Mainstream medicine now recognises the effect Candida can have on a compromised immune system, although you might still counter some scepticism. Alternative medicine has known about it for a long time. If you do have to use antibiotics then it is sensible to repopulate your gut with good bacteria. There are now plenty of probiotic products available, many advertised on the TV. When a child shows a flicker of understanding when talking about Bronchitis, we feel that the objective of the meaning of Bronchitis being spread, being achieved.

Smile
Order to diagnose bronchitis, the physician will listen to the child's chest and breathing, and after that, if he considers necessary, will order an x-ray to take a further look at the chest. If the infection is caused by a virus, the antibiotics will have no effect, so, in this case you will have to wait for the child's immune system to do its job, and meanwhile you can treat the child if he has the common cold.
